It's hard to be in harmony with life at the moment. To do so is to not condemn any of it…the wars, the pain, the suffering caused by ideology, beliefs, racism…
Instead, harmony requires me to open my heart to it all. To find a place within able to hold it all. To allow it simply to be.
No judgment, no opinion, no fixing.
Just acceptance. Allowing. Space.
Breath and observation.
I can’t even afford curiosity at the moment. It’s too painful.
Instead, I keep coming back to that inner space.
The place where I can allow things – life – to just be.
