Kelly Fulker (BSc, GMT)
Kelly Fulker is the co-founder of the Gaia Centre. She holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Murdoch University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the Australian Institute for Business. With over 20 years of experience in natural resource management, her expertise is centered on community engagement and river management.
In 2015, Kelly enhanced her skills by studying restorative justice peacemaking circles with Kay Pranis, a renowned leader in the United States. Over the last decade, she has effectively applied circle processes in various initiatives, including community building and collaborative projects with Whadjuk Noongar Traditional Owners.
Kelly's professional background includes an 18-month certification as an Intuitive Intelligence Teacher from the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence, along with five years as a NeurOptimal Trainer with the Zengar Institute. Positioned at the crossroads of environment, creativity, and cultural change, Kelly is committed to nurturing a new eco-centered culture, skillfully integrating evidence-based science, restorative engagement practices, advanced brain training techniques, and intuitive intelligence to support personal and systemic transformation.

Marcus Fulker
Marcus Fulker is co-founder of the Gaia Centre. He is a notable recipient of the 40under40 award and the founder of one of the largest patio companies in Perth.
With over two decades of business experience, Marcus has successfully operated a multi-million dollar enterprise, overseeing four factories and a workforce of more than 20 employees. His success is rooted in cultivating a culture of loyalty, integrity, and trust within his team.
Following the sale of his business in 2024, Marcus is redirecting his focus towards more creative endeavors, making his debut as a musical artist with the release of his first solo album under the name Cusker.
