Have you ever longed to go back to camp? This is camp with a twist. Adult and children's programs include drama, adventure, art, poetry, dance, drumming, the Big Bang Bonfire, Waterplay, Story and Gaia-glorious local food. In the healing beauty of the Haliburton Highlands there will be time for personal reflection as well as co-creative community. Explore New Cosmology, Earth's wisdom, as well as the joy and playfulness of coming home to our Higher and Conscious selves. 

Inspiring leaders from the University of Creation Spirituality and Wisdom University will share the teachings of Thomas Berry, Brian Swimme, Matthew Fox, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Rumi, and others.  And so much s'more!

 4:00 pm Windows on Gaia: Orientation to the land.  Adults with Carol Kilby
Carol Kilby, M. Div., D. Min, The founder and Executive Director of Gaia Centre leads a meditative walk which changes the frameworks through which we see our world. After dark she leads us into the Spiral labyrinth for a walk into the Cosmos and a rediscovery of who we are ( see below). Join her for the morning body work based in Creation Spirituality.

Dear Children of the Earth. Children, will experience stories by Schim Schimmel with Daisy & Bob.
Daisy Radigan, M.Ed., M.Div., D. Min. and Bob Isenberger M. Environmental Studies. Together they have facilitated programs in the schools for children in deep ecology. She is a retreat facilitator, an experienced educator, a Grandma, and a Doctor of Ministry in theology, ecology and the new cosmology. Her interest is in New Dimensions of Spirituality for Ecological Stewardship. Bob's work is about Re-Awakening a Passion for the Earth, a B.Sc. in Geology and a certificate in Earth Literacy from Genesis Farm. Bob designs and leads workshops related to environmental issues and the new cosmology
The Cosmic Story of Radiance. Adults, led by Carol, journey the candlelit, woodland labryinth.

10:00 to 12:00pm - New Eyes For Seeing
Captivating Cosmic Patterns (Adults) Experience seeing your world with new eyes and discover how the Cosmos is a designer. It efficiently utilizes certain shapes, patterns, and processes, adapting them for each unique situation. In the spirit of biomimicry, we will gather from the Gaia Farmhouse land examples of cosmic designs and observe them through drawing. The treasure hunt continues as we ask, "How are these archetypal patterns expressed in our own lives?" No previous drawing expernce required.
Mary Ann Maruska, D.Min. Professor of Graphic Design, Sheridan College/York University Joint Program in Design. One of her courses is Archetypes in Science, Nature, and Design.   
  
Maskmaking  (Children) Make a mask of your friend in Nature - a bird, frog, your favorite tree or any other animal or plant. Discover what the world looks like through its eyes. Then we'll get together with other animal or plant friends to share the story, "The Family of Earth".

Adults. Expressing Cosmic Connection through Poetry and Chant. 
Poetry and chant can provide a reflective, responsive and embodied means of knowing our Cosmic heritage. Listen to and create poetry, manifesting our creative imperative. Participating in a chant and dance, we'll get out of our heads and into our bodies.

10:00 to 12:00am. Celebration of the Cosmos. Embrace and capture the magic of being a 'keeper of the Sacred Tear', the Tear that started the Universe 14 billion years ago. Through storytelling, poetry, sacred dance, walking meditations, and group sharing, let your deepest dreams and desires be awakened more fully; inspiring your unique creativity and empowerment.
